This was the first book by White that I have read and I was not disappointed. The story moved at a decent pace and had some suspense. I was a little bothered with so much of the focus being on the confidentiality it became repetitive. White does an excellent job developing all of his characters. A very good read. I can't wait to start Private Practices the next in the series.

Clinical psychologist Alan Gregory is having a run of very bad luck: his wife has left him, he is being accused of sexual misconduct with a patient, and his dog has been given a very weird haircut. But when his female patients start turning up dead, he has to try to figure out who could be responsible, and why. And will any of this sour his new relationship with the very attractive assistant DA, who has a secret or two of her own.
