Richard Stubbs (born 1957 in Brighton, Victoria) is an Australian comedian who was educated at Wesley College, Melbourne.
Stubbs started his career in radio in the early 1980s on 3XY as part of the XYZoo team. He appeared on Eon/MMM Fm with Tim Smith, Bridgette Duclos and Brad (The Young Idiot) Mckenzie. The last song to be played on his show was "Take A Message Maria" by Dandy Livingstone. Early in his television career, Stubbs appeared as a performer on & regular guest host of Tonight Live with Steve Vizard and a Vicks Vapodrops advertisement. In 1999 he hosted the short-lived The Late Report.
In 1998, his book Still Life, Thoughts of a Man Hurriedly Going Nowhere was published by Pan Macmillan.
