It even says how to cook rice - you take 2 c. salted water, 1 c. dry rice, 1 TBSP butter or marg, 1 c. fresh shredded parsely, and cook all together on high for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and cover, let it sit for 30 minutes. WOW. I live near SF so needless to say I never learned it this way.
