The secrets revealed in this book revolve around the fact that size 2 woman workout about 1 to 2 hours a day and consume an average of 1500 calories. This book is a good reminder that you must work hard to be skinny. There is some good information about diet and exercise, although it's nothing I haven't heard before. It did motivate me to add more cardio, water and salads into my routine. A good book to skim through.
