Shari Shattuck (born November 18, 1960) is an American actress and author.
Shattuck was born in Atlanta, Georgia. She was a longtime actress on The Young and the Restless, portraying the character Ashley Abbott. She appeared on the cover of Playboy in 1980. Shattuck appeared in low budget erotic thrillers such as Body Chemistry 3 during the 1990s. She also appeared on the science-fiction television series Babylon 5. She starred in the 1989 independent film The Spring and had a supporting role in the big budget 1994 Steven Seagal action film On Deadly Ground.
Her first husband was Ford Smith. She was married to actor Ronn Moss (with whom she has two daughters — Creason Carbo and Calle Modine) from January 1990 to July 2002.
Shattuck has also written several mystery novels featuring Callaway Wilde, a wealthy Los Angeles socialite.[1]
