Former socialite thinks she is going to Texas to become a governess. Only to marry the handsome stubborn Texan for him to adopt his orphaned neices and nephews. She rolled up her sleeves and went to work-- only to burn the meals, flood the kitchen and love the children...
Great read.

This book had most of the things I enjoy reading: mail-order bride (though she didn't know it), orphaned children, and set in the American west (in this case Texas). Elthia contracted to be a governess, but when she arrives, he's expecting a mail-order bride. Good story.
