Sherry, are you using IE as your browser? There is a thread about ways to work around that as the PBS editor does not work with the update.

Have you tried Chrome or Firefox? That said, you will need to ask the PBS staff about their plans. The threads are not an effective way to contact them.

When you used the Alt and 9 key did you use the 9 above the keyboard or the one on the keypad. It does NOT work for me if I use the keypad 9.
