This book changed my life. I fell in love with the main character. I did not want this book to end. I love Leslie Feinberg's tale of growing up as a lesbian in our society. It was sexy, sad, exciting- just a great book. I recommend this for everyone! I think it should be on the reading list for all high school students so they understand what its like. A beautiful love story.

This book is a classic. It is also one of the most poorly-written books I've read since high school. Still, worth a read. This is all of our history.

This is an extraordinary, masterful and courageous book which changed my view of the world forever. The moment I got my hands on it, I couldn't put it down; tearing through each page at break-neck speed from beginning to end. It forces the reader to ask serious questions of themselves and their world with each mindbending turn and heartrending moment. Every one should read "Stone Butch Blues"!!
