Similar to the original stretching book but this add exercises and stretches for those in wheelchairs or needing a bit of an alternative or variation due to injury. Uses Iso-band or Thera band with the stretches. Great for strengthening after an injury or t help maintain what you've got. Great books for stretching and to help keep flexibility as one ages.
