Excellent Instructions!
This is the revised edition of "Strong Women Stay Young", and in this edition there have been quite a few changes in the basic weight-training routine offered in the original edition of this book. The instructions for doing each exercise are very clear. The author also tells you how to purchase the right equipment for starting a weight-training program at home at a reasonable price. Another great feature of this book (compared to some other weight-training books for women) is that the models shown doing the excercises look like real women , and many of them are even older women.
This book is aimed primarily at older (post-menopausal) women who want to maintain their bone density. However, as a woman in my forties who wanted to start a weight-training program at home, I found it to my right on target for my needs as well.
