Many vegetarian versions of ethnic dishes. This is just about my favorite cookbook, even though I'm not a vegetarian. The recipes are organized by region, so you can put together an African meal, an Armenian meal, a Japanese meal, a Mexican meal, etc. Many of the dishes are special enough for dinner parties, but you'll also find favorites that you'll want to make for everyday meals. I don't like to clutter up my kitchen with a lot of cookbooks, but this one is a must-have. I've had it for years and I still use it all the time.

Good cookbook, just not the one that I had wanted. Does have 17 written on the back cover with a marker, I didn't do it, it came that way.
