Important stuff first:  I smoke and have nearly two cats, so please turn off any RCs regarding those before ordering anthing.  animal0048.gif

This is a hardcover book and currently has 614 wishers.  Two pages (37-40) fell out as I was flipping through the book to check it for postability. Weirdness. All other pages seem to be fully intact. The unattached pages are in their place in the book, but I haven't tried to re-attach them.

If you'd like it, please order one book from my shelf and PM me to let me know that you'd like this one, too.  Please also post here so others will know that it's been taken.
