Futuristic Romance:  Please PM me.

Devyn Kell's knowledge of women, gambling and medicine was as cast as the cosmos. But what he knew about a spaceship's maintenance system wouldn't fill a moon crater. So when irresistible Alix Garran told him that his vessel's rear stabilizer was down, Devyn hired her as his engineer. While she taught him about his ship's nuts and bolts, he longed to tutor her in the mechanics of love.

Fleeing her past, Alix wanted a life free of trouble. Yet no sooner had she signed on with Devyn than they were outrunning the authorities and heading toward Paradise City where even assassin's weren't safe. But Alix didn't know what real danger was until Devyn's burning kiss awakened her restless spirit with a taste of heaven.
Paradise City: Love in Another Time, Another Place :: Sherrilyn Kenyon

I love that book even though it's lightweight.  Just love the crusty Victor and Evie.  One of only 2 titles in the series that I keep just for some light reading!

I have the following two WL'd books and would prefer to mail them as part of multi-book orders to save postage (not necessarily together, of course):

Although if you send a nice PM, I might just cave and send each as a single order.  :-)

BM is my shortened version of Bookmooch. But ok, I'm stopping talking now, because I just got in trouble for listing the books, asking for credits, plus talking about it (Yep, nice huh) so change of subject.

If they were ARCs or damaged,  you certainly can ask for credit for them and this is the appropriate place to do so.  The PBS team has been clear that you can't list them on your shelf but can ask for credit via a thread like this providing you list the damage.

Bummer, more wishlisted books gone to another site.  Not like PBS wishlists aren't already 3 times longer than they were a year ago...

They might still be here if people didn't complain that she wanted the credits buddied instead of posting ARC's (which are not postable) to their wish lists. Cindy has posted how many books in these threads? I think it's clear we can trust her.

Ok, since I've had a few people want me to post them again, I will. Like I said before, I am using paypal to ship so if you have a problem with buddying them over, I'm sorry. But you will get a tracking number asap, and they will go out tomorrow and Thursday. I bought boxes today so I'm all ready to go. Totall yok , if they don't go. The ones leftover will go up on bookmooch! I'm almost positive these are all wishlist, but if I missed one, I'm sorry in advance. I need to save on shipping though, I can't send this many singles! LOL  This is about half the list, the other half will list next week, less I'll get overwhelmed.

A Sweet Disorder by Jacqueline Kolosov ARC

Darkness Calls by Marjorie Liu

Chanda's wars by Allan Straton

On The Loose by Jenny B Jones

Pure by Terra Elan McVoy

Princess of The Midnight Ball by Jessica George ARC

Unclaimed Heart by Kim Wilkins

Uninvited by Amanda Marrone, has a few smudges maybe ink, but still readable

K, since I am really new to this whole PBS thing, why were people mad at Cindy? I am just trying to understand what it was that she was doing wrong, since I may inadvertly do the same thing. Can someone please 'splain?

I don't see anything wrong with what she was doing at all. If the books were unpostable, she'd be doing exactly the correct method. Since the books are postable, some might bitch that she's trying to go around the official PBS channels by having credits buddied and not posting to the actual site. But since this entire thread is about bypassing the FIFO and going straight to a specific individual- which in a way violates PBS priniciples to begin with- I don't have an issue. The only thing she could have done differently would be to have people put the books on AR, instead of doing a buddy credit thing or lie and say they were unpostable. The only advantage to the way Cindy asked to do it is with buddying a credit, Cindy gets immediate access to the credit rather than it sitting in credit hold until the book is marked received. To me though, if you're going to go off the reservation and bypass the FIFO line in a way that's acceptable to all parties involved, including PBS, then go for it. You just can't come back later if the book goes missing/never gets sent and ask for your credit back. The PBS protection for that part is gone with a private deal.
