This book introduces a character who is a friend of Angel's named Carlson Raven. His book is Love Song for a Raven (SD# 355)

I love the description of Angel's stained glass work. This book has a lot of emotional tension. Mostly because through most of it Hawk has no idea what Angel is really like. He cannot see past his preconceptions.

Elizabeth Lowell is always a great read.

She could give nothing but the truth of her love...
Angel had known only love and the irretrievable loss brought by death. Hawk had known only hatred and unforgivable betrayal. She was a woman without lies. He was a man who had never found truth.
