From Oprah Winfrey's personal cook, here are 50 light, low-fat recipes, now in a large print edition, that helped Oprah lose weight and feel great. The original hardcover edition has sold more than 4,700,000 copies to date. Line art and halftones throughout; color inserts.

This is a nice small cookbook, easy to follow recipes with lots of everyday ideas as well as dishes for special occasions. I have several favorites from this book that I continue to return to. No diet fads here, just good healthy wholesome food that stand up to time.

A cookbook from Oprah Winfrey's personal chef would no doubt be popular no matter what (proved here by the 200,000-copy first printing), but Daley in fact offers a number of zesty and creative recipes. Her professional background includes experience as a spa chef, and most of her dishes are sophisticated and elegant presentations-although there are also recipes for Un-Fried French Fries and Un-Fried Chicken. Many are highly spiced as well, substituting assertive flavor for fat. You'll probably need multiple copies.

This is a small book, but there are some really, really good recipes in here. A couple of them I have made over and over again. So even though the book is small it is worthwhile. It is hard to find good healthy, flavorful calorie conscious recipes.

Recipes in this book are very low fat, low sugar, and low salt. Although it is healthy cooking, the recipes in this book are delicious! Book looks new with cover and all.

Beautiful cookbook with lots of southern recipes. The recipes are things that one would really eat. Not a bunch of hard to find ings. and food no one has heard of, let alone make to serve to hubby. The whole consept of the book is based on fat grams and calories. So each recipe will give grams of fat per serving and calories. The ings are not really diet. I loved this book. It had many dishes that i still prepare and like better than the orginal way i used to make them. Pictures and lots and lots of tips on preparing these foods.

Lots of yummy sounding recipes, too bad I don't know how to cook. I believe Rosie was one of Oprah's earlier chefs. Most of the recipes are modified, low -fat versions of Oprah's favorite foods.

This is a fabulous lite cookbook. Now I know how Oprah does it. Only letting this one go because I already have a copy.

Cookbood endorsed by Oprah Winfrey by her private chef. Some quickies that I used a lot but am not much of a cook except for quickies!
