Dr. Phil is good at wording things in such a way that you think "Hm- I never thought of it like that before." I totally had a lightbulb moment (or 2) w/ this book.

Love this book--this food plan enabled me to lose over 100 pounds in less than a year and I'm keeping it off!!!

It has just enough of his plan in it that until the actual solution book came out in paper, I could use this as a beginning...
