Animaze!: A Collection of Amazing Nature Mazes
Review Date: 1/14/2009
Helpful Score: 2

Each two-page spread features a story about how one animal needs to find his way from one part of the maze to another. Settings include swamplands in Borneo (an island in Southeast Asia), a South American jungle, a salmon stream in a North American river, the Sahara desert, the Australian outback, an African savanna or grasslands, Australia's Great Barrier Reef, snowy wastes of the Arctic tundra, and a lonely beach in Costa Rica. The pages in the back of the book show a smaller version of the previous maze with an illustration of the solution. It also lists the animals on each page and lists a short description of them (9 to 21 descriptions per maze). The solution maze designates by number where each of the animals in the descriptions are located in the full-size maze.
