This was a good book & a very easy/quick read. Nothing PROFOUND but definitely makes a person think about his/her decision making process. I liked it & would recommend it.

2 stars as it is just okay. This is a short story sequel, but really a prequel, to Pretty Girls. Definitely read it AFTER Pretty Girls as it tells you some back story. Pretty Girls is much better than this sequel/prequel.

Such a fun book! The audio was great because you get to hear Dolly herself tell the stories behind all her songs. It was fun to learn her songs are from real life experiences & the backstory of each one. She was sweet & funny to listen to.

This is such a great book. I read it to my boys tonight, ages 7 & 9. It created such a good opportunity to talk about being kind to others and to not miss the opportunity given to be kind. I really believe the ending left my boys thinking, because it didn't end in a way like they would have wanted.
