Not one of Grisham's best. There are some highlights, and it's an easy read. It took me a while to get into it. The second half is a lot better than the first half of the book. If you like suspense, it's good, just not great!

Another good read by Anita Shreve! You are hooked from chapter one as you follow the lives to a married couple living overseas. A little sad at times, but you are hooked as you watch the characters progress.

This is the first time I read this author and I could not put the book down. It was easy to read, hooking you from the beginning. The story line was both complex and simple. There weren't too many layers, but just enough to keep you intested. I would absolutely recommend this book to anyone!

Part of the reason it's a good book is because it is such an easy read. Not one of my favorite by her, but certainly peeks your intest and keeps your attention!

Great, easy read. Picked up right where the first book left off. It was great to have some of the same characters all grown up, and see things through their perspective. Great summer book!

What a great book!!! It was the first time I had read anything by this author, so it took me a minute to get used to her writting style, but a great read. It keeps you interested on so many levels. What a great, complex story.
