Its an older book 1997, but the pictures are beautiful and the recipes are still pretty good. If you are eating healthier like I am then you might need to tweek the recipes.

Love this book. Its size is larger than normal. The recipes are easy to follow and the pictures of the recipes are beautiful. If you like seafood then this book should be in your collection. I liked it so much I ordered one for my mother.

The recipes were easy to follow, but I would of liked more pictures of the finished products. Its a nice book for someone just beginning to cook seafood because it gives you lots of detailed instructions.

The recipes are easy to follow and the pictures are beautiful. My family loved all the recipes I've tried so far. My little brother is a very picky eater and he even asked for seconds. If you've ever been to the restaurant then you'll be experiencing the same food just in the comfort of your our home.

I love this book I didn't know there were so many things you could do with wings. I tried several of the wing recipes on family and friends and my wings are the first thing to go.
I took Wings 50 to work one day to look at recipes on my break one of my co-workers asked to see it and loved it; a week later I saw him and he had bought a copy.
