This is a cute story about a circus dog that has to leave the circus because he is getting old. Very cute ending. Very easy ready for first grade.

I have not read this book. It's from my classroom library. It is a second grade reading level. It's a beginning chapter book. It has something to do with trouble in the garden.

This book has been around awhile. I remember it when I was a kid. The copyright is 1960. It's kind of a silly story but a great easy reader for kids who are just beginning to read.
