This was actually a really great read. It had just about everything a reader could ask for...mystery, great romance, wonderful ghost story and a treasure hunt. I was sorry to have read it so fast as it was one of those books you truly hate to have end.

This was such a lovely story to read and for some reason it truly got to me. I gave this a 4-1/2 star rating and maybe it should have gotten a 5. It kept me interested right through to the very end, where yes, I need the tissues.

I was very surprised and pleased to have read this book. Time travel with a touch of "it could just happen" is a real treat. This book was copywrited in 1979 but it is truly timeless.

I did enjoy this book but this is one of those books that you wish the stories were just a bit longer... I realize short stories means short stories, so I gave this book 3-1/2 stars, could have been more as many of the short stories were actually really great and others were just so-so. But overall, if you are truly wanting short stories on time travel romanace you will truly enjoy this book.

I really enjoy this book as it was a story that needed telling. I'm very glad that it included flashbacks so that the parts of Pippin and Dash's story was truly complete. Elizabeth Boyle tells a story that feels as if it could be real. Just love her books!

I have really enjoyed all the Virgin River novels and this book was almost like a reunion with all the previous characters stopping by for a visit. Hopefully the rest of the Riordan brothers will want to find their true loves in this wonderful town. Great story, great read....truly enjoyable.

I really enjoyed this book. I have always been a Brockmann fan but I guess I'm more in to her Troubleshooters series. This guy was so great, made me fall in love with him. And of course the who done it part was really good, had me guessing.

This is the sequel to Silent Run. As a sequel it was actually a better book then most sequels. It has more suspense and a better story line. This is one of those books that truly keeps you guessing and just when you think you've figured out the plot...you start wondering all over again why the past seems to be more of a pull than the present. Great read and one that I would highly recommend. Reading Silent Run first does help with who all the characters are and how they relate to each other.
