Catherine Anderson is a great storyteller! When you are reading, you really feel like you know the people in the story.

Carly Adams has been blind since birth, and recently had her sight restored. On a chance encounter with Hank Coulter, her life is changed forever. So is Hank's.

There are many twists and turns in this story, but it will keep you interested. The story has a different slant to it because of Carly's blindness. It makes you appreciate that you can see!

I highly recommend this story, and any other book by Catherine Anderson.

This is the first in a series called "The Calhoun Chronicles" by Susan Wiggs. It is a delightful story about a girl who just doesn't fit in high society. She's not beautiful, she's more interested in book learning than social circles. She is very intelligent, and finally works her way onto a sailing ship heading for South America. Great story, very descriptive: you can almost feel the waves and smell the salt water on her voyage! Excellent read by a great author. I highly recommend it.

If you like Bill O'Reilly, you will like this book. "Culture Warrior" explains many things that Bill talks about on his TV show. At the time the book was written, Bill was still doing a radio program as well. It is very interesting to learn about the differences between the secular progressives and the traditionalists. Bill uses many examples and references that most everyone will understand. Even though the book is not new, it is still relevant today.

I normally don't enjoy reading this kind of book. However, I was intrigued by reading the back of the book. Once I started reading, I couldn't put it down. This book explains many things about our current technology advances and connects them to the Roswell incident. If you even think there is life on other planets, this is the book for you. It is amazing.

The story kept me interested all the way through it. I couldn't wait to find out what happens in the end. Excellent read! I highly recommend this book and this author.

The story kept me interested all the way to the end. Set in Chicago and Upper Michigan. Susan Wiggs is a wonderful author.

As with all the Nora Roberts books I have read, I was grabbed into the story from the beginning. This is my favorite kind of story - because when I'm done reading, I feel like I know the characters. And luckily, there are two more books in this series that are just as good! This is a great read about a small town and some of the dynamic people in it. Nora Roberts descriptions of things are so vivid you can see the stuff she is describing. You will enjoy this story.
