this book is literally life changing. I feel like the author has read my mind; she speaks to any adult age 40 or more...I cannot say enough good about this book. Within days of reading some of the chapters, I was making personal choices in my life that are going to make a long term difference for me. The book also quickly points out wrong ways of thinking that get us down empty paths in life. I watched several of Barbara's talks on Youtube, which led me to this book. Read it! You won't be sorry!
