This was my husband's audio book. He mentioned how much he loved this title. I, myself, haven't listened to it. But he says it's well worth the listen. :)

Well, this book starts out with a young woman (Leigh) that becomes a young mother. But very odd circumstances come to play with the said father of this child. The child, Deana, ends up having some very odd things happen to her as well. I don't want to say too much. But what I can say is this is a great book. It has some minor gory parts, involving a killer, but nothing that would be considered TOO gross. I really enjoyed this book, and it really made me much more interested in Richard Laymon's other books.

I remember my 5th grade teacher reading this book to me. I've never enjoyed a book more than this one. I still love it, and I'm 24 years old now. It was just so fantastic and full of adventure and fun. This should always be included in a child's reading. I like it so much, I'm going to order it, just to read it again. LoL
