An unwed pregnant college student is able to find redemption but not without a lot of ups and downs and twist and turns. In her fantastic story telling way Francine Rivers weaves another tale of God's love and redemption like no other author has ever done. This is my forth River's novel and I want to read every thing her pen has touched. Every time Francine's subjects turn a corner you want to cheer or scream no don't do that but God's divine will always comes thru in the end. Loved the book. If you or anyone you know has ever had an abortion this is a must read for them. It will help them deal with the grief that dwells within their heart and know that God does forgive.

I can only write my review in English but I think Graeme base is a heck of a talented illustrator and writer. I buy ALL of his books when they come out but this was the very first we read. Trust me and just buy it because you won't be sorry.

Tonka Building Words

Great book for the little man in the crowd. If your son or daughter likes the Tonka line than they will live doing the mazes and making the letters along with the big rigs in the book. The pages are for dry erase markers and wiping off and really do wipe off easily. We used a vinegar/water solution to keep our book looking good and you could too. The pages will wipe clean for many, many uses. The pictures for each letter of the alphabet are normal everyday items that every child can identify.

The worst band in the universe: A totally cosmic musical adventure. Includes bonus music CD
Review Date: 1/14/2009

Graeme Base is an outstanding illustrator and writer. If you've read any of his other books this one follows in his style of rhyming his lines. I like the story line as well as the illustrations. This book is about letting people excel at what they are good and not forcing them to conform to set mold. It is set on a far away planet with cool looking characters. They play strange looking guitars and musical instruments with unusual names but the story is the same---no one likes their music and they are forbid to play it. But as the story would have it---tollerance of the non conforming music is eventually learned. If you are a collector of Graeme Base--your NEED this book.

This is my first Christine Kling book but the beautiful beach scene caught my eye. There are lots of turns and twist in this story. It is a murder suspense story to the last page. I really enjoyed her ability to keep you in suspense. Sometimes I had a feeling I was right there on the boat with her as she explored the murder of her friend.

If you like murder suspense this is a great story as it isn't bloody or messy. Order this book.
