Agatha's new marriage is not going too well and then James disappears. Was he having an affair with that tart Melissa? Did he kill her and disappear or was he killed too? Helped by Sir Charles will Agatha solve this one in time to save herself?

Another great and fast read in the Agatha series.

I liked this book because it had a mystery with puzzles you had to solve. However, I did NOT like that I could only solve a few of them - including the very last one which didn't give you the answer. That one was the easiest. Some of the stuff was too far out there for me, but the mystery was pretty good. By the way, the book is actually called Puzzel Manor so don't be fooled...but there ARE puzzles in every chapter. Hope you like word puzzles!

I liked it. I like anything with Alex and Milo in it. I found that I guessed the "bad guy" but I think I've read too many of these books!

Claire takes Caron to Louisiana to meet her grandmother and her deceased father's side of the family. They both get more than they bargained for in family ties. Caron's grandmother ends up dead in the bayou and Claire suspects one of the family knocked her off to get their inheritance earlier. This one will keep you guessing but that's okay...you don't want to be there with Claire!

There are instructions in this book for beginner felters. There are seven simple projects and instructions on how to dye wool using Kool-Aid. A great book for somebody just wanting to try felting and not spend a lot of money.

A good book. Characters are well done. Personally I didn't like the ending...it was too fast as the rest of the book had more detail. But the book is definitely worth the read.

This book upset me! Apparently it makes a good book club book because the characters can be discussed at length. I was disappointed with the ending. It is not my kind of book but it certainly has points worth discussing.

Welcome to Claire Malloy's life. We meet Claire, her daughter and the Lt. in her first book as she hosts (unhappily) a book signing for a local romance writer. The writer is strangled to death after quickly exiting the book signing and three likely suspects are at hand including Claire herself! An easy enjoyable read, you'll run through this in a few hours.

I think the author was going for something a little deeper with this book than talking dogs. She's asking us to realize that we take our lives too seriously and that we need to trust our basic instincts and just live. This would be a good book for a book club discussion group. It could have been a little better developed but a good discussion would bring out the merits.
