This book was good, more modern day than the first ones. It would be good to find the beginning of the series' and start reading from there.
I think it is amazing the detail that goes into these books and all the geneology. I find that is what keeps my interest. I bury myself in the books, but I wouldn't want to live in those times, except maybe the more modern ones. It's definitely different living in the moneyed circles these characters run in.
The deep kind of love that is written about is what everyone should strive for and hope to find, although it is harder these days.

The books are a good read and it is nice to be able to follow characters from one book to the next. And if you've never knitted before, the patterns are easy enough to start.

I loved this book. I would just get into trying to figure out the murder when it would switch to quilting and then I would get into that. They are good books. I am looking forward to a third one maybe dealing with Eleanor and her relationship with her new beau.

I like the knitting pattern's at the front of the book. although I just finished a pair of socks before I read this book.
It's interesting to see how each character is developed and become friends. Although I liked the characters in book one (The Shop on Blossom Street) better. And I am looking forward to reading Back on Blossom Street next. However, I am going to put some time between A Good Yarn and Back on Blossom Street. I think it might make the characters more interesting.

Loved this book. Kept my attention all the way through. I can relate with Camilla being a sister and having an adventerous spirit with not fitting with society for young woman. If you like historical & romantic books, you should enjoy this one.

If you are interested in the Jason Bourne movies, this is a very good book to read. Although some of the details at the beginning don't mesh with the movie, or should I say the movies don't mesh with the book, it is still a very good read. It's long and seems like he, Jason bourne, gets inton more situation's than the movies, it is still good!

I like the whole series of books about the McKettricks and lineage. I get lost in books when I read so it is a good way to relax. And a good way to follow the lineage of the family.

I love this series of books. I learned how to knit in junior high and so it was a good excuse to try again. This is a cool concept, putting a knitting pattern in each one.

I really liked this book. I just wish I could have found the whole series listed in order so I could have read them in order. But that has not taken away from the enjoyment of the series. I get lost in the books and once I start them it is hard to put them down.

If you are one that likes to put yourself in the books you read, this is a great one. It caught my attention from the beginning wanting to know what each woman was going to say happened in their lives. I like the idea of people meeting, as these woman did in the DMV and were able to become friends out of that meeting. It's a "good feeling" read.

I loved this book. It still involved, a little, some of the characters in A Good Yarn. And it is very appropriate for book lovers as it is about a book store, which I would love to own or work in. The detail is awesome. It's a very good read.
