This was the best book in this series thus far! A must read if you've read the others, heart wrenching and dramatic. I didn't like the 2nd book as much and almost didn't read this one, I'm glad I did. Can't wait until the next one comes out in April. ENJOY!!

I think that first review was a little harsh. Being the first book in this trilogy, I think it was a good start and put a different twist on the PNR genre. It's very different from other PNRs I've read. In addition, the change in POVs, helped to keep the suspense going to the point where I was completely surprised by the ending and it was a great world-building technique. I think this trilogy is going to be great. I've already starting reading the 2nd book (and waiting for the next to arrive in the mail any day).

I've read all the books in the series so far, and even though this one was slow getting started, it turned out to be a good story with a good plot. Tony is my favorite narrator so far and I'm glad they brought him back. There was no refresher information, which I don't mind since it takes up too much time in a book and I want to get into the real story, not be refreshed or constantly reminded about something I already know. I gave it 4 1/2 stars. If you've kept up with the series so far, this is a definite must read!

If you liked the first one you'll love this one. It has a good plot, that gets going from the beginning. The relationship between Dawn and Noah, being that it is still new, has its troubles but grows stronger in the end. Love this new series by Kathryn Smith and look forward to reading the next one.

Like another reviewer said, this book was definitely better than the first one! Loved the plot twists and the scenes with Dorina and Louis-Cesare. You won't be disappointed with this book if you like all of Karen Chance's others.

This book is the best in the series so far. Well written, with a good plot. New characters were introduced and there were a lot of questions answered and some more questions raised. Looking forward to reading more about Allie and her adventures.

I thought this was one of the better books in the series, a definite must read. Once I got to the end, I immediately downloaded the next one on my Nook. Can't wait to read it and find out what happens.

The story starts out a little rough, with the descriptions and all, but if you can get past the first few chapters it gets good. I really liked how a couple of the characters were from the Aurora Teagarden and Lily Bard series as I enjoyed both series as well. I'm looking forward to the next book in the series.
