This was an exciting read - a love story, Sci-fi and suspense all rolled into one. I enjoyed the ups and downs of emotions from start to finish. Stephen King must have spent an enormous amount of time researching for this novel dealing with the Kennedy assassination. Seeing the results of one change in the past gives us insight into what might have been and lets us know that it is best to leave the past alone. Once I started reading, it was hard to put it down and I couldn't wait to see how it ended yet I didn't want it to end. While I wanted it to end differently, it actually had the perfect ending that left you feeling good.

This was an intriguing book. I was hooked by the story line right away and really didn't want to put the book down once I started reading. It kept me guessing what would happen next and I loved the ending. John Grisham is a great storyteller. I have enjoyed every one of his books and that's almost all of them. It is so refreshing to read a good book without a lot of profanity muddying up the story. I wish more authors realized that profanity does not necessarily make a better book.
I highly recommend this book.

As with all of the Mitford series books, I loved this one. Jan Karon draws you right into the little town of Mitford and you feel like you are a part of the community. I love Father Tim and his family.
I thought it was odd to feel so much a part of the town until I mentioned it to friends who had read the books and found that they felt the same as I did. You can't help but become a resident of Mitford once you start reading about it.

Stephen King is one of my favorite "horror" authors and this book didn't disappoint at all. It was full of suspense and even though I thought I had figured out what was happening, I still had my doubts. Very well written and totally S. King at his scary best.

Enjoyed reading this book. Of course, since the name was Dear John, I expected it to be a tear jerker but it wasn't - just a couple of places that called for tissues.

Good book - different from most books that I choose but I enjoyed it.

I enoyed Fortune and Glory especially since it continued with the story line from the last book. As usual, Stephanie gets into some strange situations and Grandma Mazur is always entertaining. You never know exactly where the story is going but it always ends up being entertaining.
This is a good easy reading book.

Well, how do I put this? Okay but not my favorite Stephen King novel. Definitely scary.

This was one of those books that once I started reading, I didn't want to stop. I could hardly wait to find out how it ended yet didn't want it to end. Stephen King did a fantastic job of making you wonder "what could possibly happen next". You had to really admire the incredible resourcefulness of Trisha McFarland (the little girl who is the main character).
I would definitely recommend this book especially to those who enjoy Stephen King novels.

This is a good book. It kept me in suspense through the entire book. I had never read Gillian Flynn books before but will be checking out some of the others now that I have read this one.

I could relate to the time period referenced in the book since I grew up during the same time frame and had close friends who served (some died) in Viet Nam. I enjoyed the way King laid out the ground work for the book by starting with the characters' childhood and their relationships with each other, moving into their lives as they grew up ending approximately 40 years later. King covers the toll the war takes on each character in depth. Well written and one of my favorites.

My husband originally bought this book and thoroughly enjoyed it. I was hesitant to even begin reading it - thinking it was not "my cup of tea" but once I did start to read it, I could hardly put it down. It was touching, interesting, entertaining and sometimes funny. Well worth the time spent reading it. Almost made me want to hike the AT - if only I were younger and more energetic.

This is the last in the Tucker Mills Trilogy and while I haven't read the first two, I still found this one to be a very enjoyable read. In fact, it was such a well written story that I am now looking for the first two. The setting is in a differenct time with different values. The story is about love and compassion. I recommend this book.

This was one of those King books that had me from the very first page. It was intriguing, horrifying, and sometimes surprising. I could hardly put it down once I started reading. I was so anxious to get to the end to find out what happens yet I didn't want the book to end. I loved the character of Bill Hodges. Don't let the size of the book intimidate you - every minute I spent reading it was very worthwhile.

This was an interesting story and according to a review on the back cover it is based on the true story of a murder. Murder, mystery and intrigue - if you are a fan of those three, I think you will find this book checks all the boxes. I recommend it.

Pretty typical Stephanie Plum adventure just a different set of characters and setting. I really enjoy the Plum adventures since they are light, easy reading. I would recommend this book if you are looking for a funny, romantic adventure mystery.
