A great summer read. I couldn't put the book down once I started it. It is a typical "chick lit" where our characters try to find success and love right after college, while being challenged with the reality of the real world in NYC. This is a keeper in my collection.

As a huge fan of the Devil Wears Prada, I couldn't wait to get my hands on this book. Until I started to read it.

This story was a huge disappointment. Andy is no longer the girl trying to find herself in the big city. Instead, she is whiny, self-centered, and very hard to relate to.

The story no longer is centered in the glamour of New York City. It is centered around Andy and her issues of marriage and mommy hood.

I couldn't even finish the book. Miranda and the Runway crew make a few appearances, but they do not have a huge role in this story. Maybe later on, but again I decided not to finish the book.

If you are looking for a typical chick-lit, this may be for you. I wanted to glamour of the city and the witty office politics that surrounded the original story. And unfortunately, did not find it in Revenge Wears Prada.

This story brings you in the lives of several high society New Yorkers. The reader is introduced to the struggles and demands of each character in the social circles of the city. While the story is light and a great summer read, there is a lesson to be learned about how people see themselves and others.

For a small story, it packs a lot of punch. It will keep you on the edge of your seat. If you think you are going to be reading the same story as told in the movie, you are in for a big surprise!
