With no place else to go, she has come to Whispering Mountain and to Teagen for help and refuge. Unknown to Teagen is the fact that she knows about him and his ranch is based on years of lies. Jessie can't afford to tell him the truth as she will lose everything. When the lies are finally revealed, can Teagen see past the lies and accept the love that Jessie and the girls hold for him?

Another wonderful story from Ms Thomas. She never fails to deliver a great read.
