Disjointed and confusing tale that overreaches in its attempt to shoehorn TOS and TNG characters together by wrapping them up in a centuries-long conspiracy involving a totally unbelievable action by one of the TOS characters. (No spoilers, but have a heavy-duty crane on standby to help with your suspension of disbelief.)
