This small book or booklet is very unique with black and white photographs and drawings. It is divided into 4 sections--Sourdough, Wild Game, Seafood, and Berries. There are approximately 70 recipes, such as Elk Meat Loaf, Braised Moose, Roast Prime Ribs of Sweetgrass Buffalo, Salmon in White Wine, and Bosch's Halibut with Cream Sauce.
