Basically I learned from this book that you can be healed if you pray hard enough. Well I believe that if your a Christian yes you can be healed but it is God's choice if he wants to heal you here on earth or if he wants to take you to heaven and heal you with a new body there. We can't make God heal us here on earth and many times people aren't.
Prayer is essential but it doesn't mean your going to get physical healing. Definitely spiritual healing but not definitely physical healing. And those who are not healed here on earth should know that there WILL be a healing in heaven.
To understand suffering better one should read on it..not over-spiritualize it with trying to get rid of it. It is better to accept the truth, hope for the best and thank God for each day.
