Andy and Ginny are both friends of the Dawsons. They hooked up at Sam's birthday party. Their story is an emotional one. They both have relationship issues to deal with and trying to do so with a new baby in the house is a real chore. Temte's books generally focus around human foibles and why people make the crazy decisions they sometimes do.

There are 4 books in this series. They do not have to be read in order although the first one will be more tense/mystery if you read it before any of the others. The primary characters in one become the secondary in another. The first three are the Dawson siblings -Becky, Sam and Hank, the fourth is the story of the Sheriff, Andy Johnson. All the books are emotionally charged. They deal with family dynamics and small town and ranch living.
