Book 1 of the series. Class clown humor that made me snort unexpectedly a few times. Written as diary entries from the POV of a british schoolgirl. Georgia always seems to be surrounded by the weirdest people - her cat (Angus) is the size of a small pony and eats floor mats and terrorizes the neighbor's dog, her little sister hides her diapers in Georgia's bed, and her grandfather just speaks in non sequiturs (and that's just her family). Her best friend Jas is sometimes not the brightest girl and sarcasm just gets past her and the rest of the girls are similarly amusing. Georgia herself is rather silly - obssessed with certain features like her eyebrows (she shaved them off by mistake), her nose, her hair. Last but certainly not least is of course all the boys - particularly an older boy Georgia calls Sex God who Georgia is always trying to date. A fast read and not meant to be a serious book. A lot of british slang is used in the books, which some people may find annoying (I didn't), but there is a glossary at the end of the book which is amusing in itself to help. Fun!

I was in Half-Price books one day, and I happened across this book with no cover.
I bought it on a whim, and it turned out to be Angus, Thongs, and Full frontal snogging.
This book is a true testament to teenage life, I absolutely loved it.
I would reccomed it to anyone wanting a genuine laugh and even cry!

Although the book is intended for a much younger audience than myself, I couldn't resist the title. Georgia's life is one hot mess and she tells her stories with the desperation only teenaged girls can muster. I drew quite a few raised eyebrows reading this one in public because I could not stop laughing. The glossary of British words and slang really puts it over the top.

What a Fun little laugh this book was. The story of Georgia really makes you remember those teen days. Agonizing over what boy meant when he said something, and trying to get the boy you liked to notice you. Amusing, and full of more British slang than you can shake a fist at (because Georgia is a brit teen) it is over all a good read, and fun. A bit of fluff, but a fun fast way to start out the new year. If you in the mood for a little fun, and a good laugh. follow Georgia and her friends in this little jaunt!

All the Confessions are very funny. They give a glimpse into the life of an English teen as she tries to find love and herself. Very funny read.

I stumbled onto this book and I am glad I did. I loved the diary style of this book. A word of caution, the author is English and writes in the English language which differs from American. She does provide a glossary at the back of the book.

A fun book, writteni n the form of a diary. The main character is an English teenager. She is 14 and lives with her parents (Mutti and Vatti), her baby sister, and a cat, Angus, the size of a Lab! She is just learning about boys, thong underwear, and snogging! There is a Glossary in the back which will tell you what snogging, tosser, and nuddy-pants are. A very fast, very fun read. Georgia is a fun character and I am looking forward to reading more of her diary.

My thoughts:
Positives:
* Georgia is hilarious. I mean, she shaved off her eyebrows and went to some guy for kissing lessons without realizing that he was sorta dating her. I love how much these books make me laugh.
* The little glossary in the back of the book to help us understand the British slang is almost funnier then actions in the story. Sometimes I crave the usage of these terms. I want to start saying knickers, etc.
* Angus chases an annoying poodle. Cats are totally not supposed to scare dogs, but it's quite funny when they do.
* Georgia is a bit troublesome, but endearing in school (just like I was).
* You get to meet all of the crazy characters that show up in the future books. Like my favorite, Sven, the crazy exchange student that ends up being one of the Ace Gang's boyfriends.
Negatives:
* The Sex God doesn't sound attractive to me at all.
* I still don't know what "wet" means when used as an adjective to describe someone (who is dry).
* As Georgia gets older, she doesn't seem to change that much. I know that as everyone moves through middle school their attitude changes a lot, but hers seems to stay the same. She just seems to understand guys a little differently.

A fun read for teens and tweens about the innocence that lives in childhood, and the desire bursting forth into tweenhood. Georgia is a loud mouthed dreamer with colorful friends and family, that fill her days with boy-crazy adventures. A fun read, especially with the British flair!

I picked up FULL FRONTAL SNOGGING thinking it would be a bit more mature in outlook, so in that I was disappointed. But 'Georgia' surely 'tells it like it is!' There were some good giggles there.

This was fab! Georgia is hilarious; I was literally laughing out loud throughout a good portion of the book. I adore Angus and wish he was my cat. This was just a really fun book to read. The writing was great, the stories were fun and interesting and creative. I really look forward to checking out the rest of the series.

This book is especially a good read for teenage girls. It's about a teenage girl, what she goes through with friends, boys, etc. It's funny and so is the language. The book is in good condition too.
