This is a terrific book, one of a series. Every recipe has a photo of the finished dish. It is a small yet thick book, hardbound, lovely to look at, great recipes.

A very nice little hardcover book with 255 pages, full of up-close pictures of cakes, pastries, tartes and other marvellous desserts! If you like to bake, then this is the book you're looking for! It even has a whole chapter on vegetarian baking, full of unique recipes that look very tasty and easy to make, but without the use of animal-by products.

"Baking" by Emma Patmore is a little gem of a cookbook that I highly recommend!
