This is a wonderful cookbook. The step by step pictures are great, I've loved the recipes I've tried (especially the fry bread). The only problem is that these cookbooks are narrow, so you have to hold them open with something.

I copied a few recipes from this book. I appreciated the step-by-step photos. Easy to follow. Be warned, most of these recipes call for hot chile peppers but you can always use mild.
