This is so poorly written it is sad. I didn't care a lot for the first one but this one? in just the opening pages it didn't start out very well, first off I don't really like it when a writer makes a woman sound like a redneck, she is using profanity like a trucker (sorry truckers, just a saying)and in the first pages she is kidnapped? wrists bound with a plastic tie and her abductors being 'g-men'(really?) I'd think they'd be strong but yet she overpowers them both and gets the stun gun and zaps them and gets free and wow she is a wonder woman? from that point on I had a hard time, then when it came to Peter it didn't get any better, he suffers from PTSD (sorry about that) but yet Petrie just doesn't make him a great character and he nothing to be compared to Jack Reacher! I love Reacher!
