Chris Turner (born July 25, 1973) is a Canadian author. He is the author of How a Cartoon Masterpiece Documented an Era and Defined a Generation, published in 2004. His latest work "Great Leap Sideways" 2010 follows up his book Geography of Hope: A Guided Tour of the World We Need. The latter was listed on the Globe & Mail's 2007 "Globe 100" list of the best books of the year. Turner writes a monthly column on sustainability for the Globe & Mail.
