I Loved the first book. It's what makes me love reading romance books. Witty, sensual with a Great Story line. Secondary Characters were great.

Second book... Was good. It was witty, but a few gaps were not filled. Still a good story with a good ending.

I really enjoyed this book. So much so that I noted it to find the third Come back to me.

I read this book, because I had read the third book first. I really like the first book. It kept you on the edge of your seat. The second book was like the third in that the author fills in with what they are feeling a good bit. However, the author does a good job of keeping the characters different. Maybe that is why the filling in, maybe that was an effort to keep them seperate. You aren't getting carbon copies of characters and she does try to write it in a different tone and useage of language. I like all three books, but as with most series the first is the best. They can all three be read alone. I recommend this author.

From the back of the book: "In DREAM OF ME we meet the Viking leader Wolf Hakonson as he embarks on a mission to kidnap the Lacy Cymbra, a legendary beauty Wolf mistakenly believes is the cause of war. Instead he discovers that she is a gifted healer who will challenge him to confront his deepest yearnings. . .
The drama continues in BELIEVE IN ME, when the Saxon Lord Hawk, brother of Cymbra, seeks to strengthen the alliance by wedding a Norse noblewoman. But Lady Krysta arrives bearing many secrets--including her gift for seeing what others cannot . . ."
