I've started my Christmas shopping and I'd love to do some shopping here!  I was wondering if we can start a list of New or Like New books that you have on your shelf that are appropriate for gift giving.  I'm not necessarily looking for 2 for 1 credit deals or anything on this list... just a list of giftable books that I'm will to pay full credt for if I find a title that is appropriate for someone on my Christmas list!

I have 3 Danielle Steel hardcovers with jackets in beautiful condition for 2 credits - Irresistible Forces, Journey and Lone Eagle.  These are giftable and look like they just came off the shelf of the bookstore.

Apparently there was some confusion about my offer - I am not asking for more than acceptable PBS credits.  The Danielle Steel's are three books for two credits

Edited to add these:

Hannibal :: Thomas Harris

The Stone Monkey (Lincoln Rhyme) :: Jeffery Deaver

All in like new condition - only read once.  Hardcovers with pristine dustjackets.

The following books, all hardback, all have perfect dust jackets, no stains on the insides and show no bookshelf wear that I can find.  If you would like them for potential gifts just order them from my bookshelf and they will be lovingly packed and sent to you.

I have mainly mysteries & suspense books.

John Grisham                        The Summons

                                                   The Testament

                                                    The Street Lawyer

Robin Cook                               Toxin

Clive Cussler                            White Death

James Patterson                   Four Blind Mice

Simon Brett                             Corporate Bodies [Charles Paris]

John Sherwood                      The Sunflower Plot [Celia Grant]

 Amanda Cross                        An Imperfect Spy

Gillian Roberts                          With Friends Like These

How I Spent My Summer Vacation

Lisa Scottoline                           Rough Justice

Lawrence Sanders                   McNally's Bluff

Patricia Cromwell                     Point of Origin

Steve Martini                               The Jury

Tony Hillerman                             Coyote Waits

I know that there are more gift quality books and I will check the rest of my bookshelf over carefully for more.  All the books have only been read once as they are my husbands and mine and were bought new from a book store or mystery book club.

There are a lot of other books on my bookshelf that show a minimal amount of wear but these are book store quality.  I only have one copy of each book as I do not buy in lots.  All my books are my or Bud's [husband of infinite years] choice

I am looking for large print fiction books as gifts.  Authors such as Steve Martini, Richard North Pattrerson, Stuart Woods, John Grisham...but would consider others in the mystery/legal/political genre.  PM me if you have such books, expecially if you are willing to do a deal!

Thanks!  Lisa
