Bound to be controversial, this debut novel from a young Australian writer features four women friends discussing their sex lives and fantasies in frank detail. In doing so, they raise such issues as the difference between pornography and erotica, the role of gender politics in society, and what constitutes feminism.

Very erotic, funny, insightful. Most women I know aren't QUITE so graphic when discussing their sex lives! But I enjoyed the book!

The book was alright. some of the fantasies we're pretty interesting and got my pulse racing, but the plot was predictable and somewhat dull. If you really want to hear some good stories I would suggest Nancy Friday's "A secret garden." a book of real women's sexual fantasies. THAT is a hot book.

I found there to be a definite lacking plot or any continuity to the story. The whole thing was rather dull.

Almost an Australian version of Sex in the City, but better, and with food instead of shoes.
