I started this thinking it was autobiography but just after a few pages I realized:
1. I'm not a fan
2. I don't know any of these guys
3. never knew their music
4. here is a young man giving 'advise' because he controlled his addictions?
5. not interested in 'what he thinks' about addiction
6. other reviews describes it as a self help book? okay if you want to read that but how he a help to anyone when he admits he was drinking and partying at his bachelor party when he was supposed to be 'cured'?

Just didn't interest me at all!!!
