This is my first book by this author--I will definitely be adding her other books to my wish list after reading this one. I enjoyed the storyline and seeing how God worked in the characters' lives. I couldn't put it down. It seemed real and believable and left me thinking about my own faith journey. It also left me wanting more of these highly likeable characters. I highly recommend this one.

I am a Christian, but am not fond of most Christian fiction. I LOVE it when I can find a Christian fiction writer who has talent, who doesnt get so preachy it seems fake, and can really tell a real story. This book was fun, snappy, and real to life. I will go on to read her other books in this series.

Great book! I really enjoyed it. It's the story of a young woman who goes from being a "cultural" Christian to understanding what it means to be the real thing. It's not at all preachy, and it's really very funny to read about all the things she does while "pretending" to be a Christian.
This book is not afraid to poke fun at our bumper stickers and other Christian "junk". It's also not afraid to point out our shortcomings. But it's all in good fun, and for a good reason.
Well written, funny and charming. I highly recommend this book and will be looking for more from this author.

This is the third book I've read by this author & I have to say that she's a very good writer. I love that the situations and resulting reactions are 'real' and not just glossed over because every book has to have a happy ending.

I'll keep reading her as long as she keeps writing.

I always think Ms. Leigh's books won't be for me, but I always find myself enjoying them immensely. My favorite lines in Faking Grace ... "Correct me if I'm wrong, but Christians aren't supposed to be envious.'' (response) She rolls her eyes, "This is silver hair, not a halo."

Grace, (aka Maizy Grace - think Amazing Grace), getting a job at a Christian publication by laying it on HEAVY what she thinks the Christian bosses and co-workers expect makes for LOL fun. It's a wonderful journey as Grace discovers the joys of a Christian family and a Heavenly Father. Oh yea, there's also the hunky guy with the English accent that all the women are drooling over, and other new friends -- all Christians, none perfect.
