Jeffrey Alford is an American-born Canadian food writer, best known for cookbooks co-written with his wife Naomi Duguid.
He was born in Laramie, Wyoming [1] and graduated from high school there in 1972. He earned a master's degree in creative writing at the University of Wyoming. [2]
He left Wyoming to live in Ireland and travel the world. He met his wife on a bike trip in Tibet in 1985.
Alford and Duguid have two sons, and live in Toronto, Canada.
