Every recipe in this book has step by step instructions and beautiful photos of the finished dish. Everything Chinese is here, from appetizers to desert. Cooking methods and utensils are also explained in detail. There are over 180 recipes in this book. I find the instructions easy to follow and the picture of the finished product really helped me a lot.
