Juliet Corson (January 14, 1841 — June 18, 1897) was a leader in cookery education in the latter half of the 19th century in the United States. She started New York City's first successful cooking school in 1874. In 1877, to help the poor learn how to cook on tight budgets, she authored and distributed a 33-page booklet Fifteen Cent Dinners for Families of Six, which became quite popular.
