I really enjoyed this sweet story of second chances, second loves, of healing and forgiveness.
The story is set near the ocean in North Carolina and spans many years in flashbacks. It can easily be read in a few days. I hope Ms. Whalen writes many more. I highly recommend this story for anyone who enjoys a sweet read.

A fabulous book about how God uses our life circumstances to prune us and use it for his Glory. Easy read that touches your heart.
Maybe I am the only one who just couldn't get into this book. I tried desperately to read it, but it just didn't grab me like I was hoping it would. I had been excited about the book so it was a disappointment for me. I read a few chapters before I put it down.
